Job Description:
The primary function of the customer service representative is to provide quality service to internal and external customers.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Answer of telephone calls with emphasis on quality
- Provide timely and efficient service to internal & external customers
- Answer billing and payment questions
- Verification of coverage for mortgage companies
- Respond to customer service inquiries via email
- Research and identify commission discrepancies
- Assist with mailing of monthly commission statements
Qualifications:
- The ability to identify and troubleshoot customer issues
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong math aptitude
- Quality conscience with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to a changing work environment
- Team oriented with an ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proven track record of working in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
